Karen LeMonnier is a well established organization development and human performance improvement consultant with over twenty years of experience leading, managing, and growing successful teams.
In her current role as Senior Performance Consultant for Valencia Enterprises, Karen manages both internal consultants and external vendors in the process of designing and implementing solutions that link directly to a client’s organizational goals.
Karen’s customer-focused work style is anchored in her long time experience with AT&T, where she excelled as an account manager and client liaison, managing large contracts, analyzing business needs, and performing impact analysis. Karen converted her strong customer service skills into a training management position, where she developed job competencies, established career paths, re-engineered processes, and designed training curricula for customer service employees.
