Carolyn McMorran is a recognized ambassador of human performance improvement and a leader in the field of training and development. As a Senior Performance Consultant for Valencia Enterprises, she manages a high caliber team of consultants who design and deliver performance solutions for clients throughout the Central Florida area.

Carolyn’s personal mission is to enhance the profession she loves by helping others to perform at new levels. It is no surprise that her service to clients is comprehensive and complete. She identifies performance gaps, designs efficient process flows, partners with vendors to provide the right tools and services, and presents solutions that support the client’s organizational goals and immediate business needs. In a dual role, she also personally hires, coaches, and evaluates the consultants who partner with her to implement solutions that best support the individual and organizational performance of her clients.

Over more than a decade with Valencia Enterprises, Carolyn has cultivated strong relationships with clients from many different industries, including ProSource America, Holler Classic, Lockheed Martin, and Orange County Clerk of Courts.
