The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) recently recognized Valencia Enterprises for reaching the distinguished category of Top 20 Enrollments for the 2007 SHRM Learning System® course. Valencia’s program ranked number 16 this year, jumping from the 19th and 18th positions in the previous two years.
SHRM and the Holmes Corporation will celebrate the top 20 institutions at the SHRM/HC Coordinators’ Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 7-9, 2008. With 240 colleges/universities and more than 10,000 students participating in the SHRM Learning System course each year, it is quite an honorable achievement to reach this category.
The SHRM Learning System® course prepares human resources professionals to take the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) exam. Featuring printed materials, software, online tools and a classroom curriculum, it helps learners consistently beat the national exam pass rates for certification.
Valencia’s program, which is primarily designed for individuals seeking certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR™), consistently produces pass rate scores averaging 20 percent higher than the national passing average.
