• This course offers a practical informational approach to solving everyday challenges and contains exercises that allow you to apply theory to your specific work environment.
  
  
• Course material may be printed for future reference.
  
  
• Courses contain chapter exercises, chapter review questions, a posttest, and in many cases pretests and case studies.
  
  
• You will have access to this course for six months.
  
  
• A score of 70 percent on the posttest is required to pass the course.
  
  
• Upon successful completion of the course, you will be mailed a certificate of completion from the American Management Association.
  
  
• If you are taking this course for CEUs (ten contact hours equals one CEU) or CPEs  (Continuing Professional Education credits), check with the accepting organization or association to confirm that they will accept the CEU or CPE credit.
