Valencia Enterprises provides professional development training for 911 Telecommunicators in the Central Florida area.

This training comes in several venues: classroom at one of our campuses (Sand Lake Road and the Criminal Justice Institute in east Orlando), in-service at your location and nationally attended conferences on relevant public safety issues.

Valencia Enterprises also offers TDD for 911 Operators, a two-hour, asynchronous online course that meets ADA training requirements.  Discounts are available for purchases of 20 licenses or more.
