Guidelines:

Product activation codes will be sent when payment is received in full.
If you purchased activation codes for a group, you will receive an email containing your product activation codes and text for you to copy and paste to distribute to your employees.
You will receive login instructions for tracking user progress.
Product activation codes expire within 30 days of purchase whether they are used or not.

Computer Requirements:

A computer with internet access and audio capability
Sufficient connection speed to be able to view online video
Access to a printer for printing your certificate of completion
Headphones are recommended for multi-user environments
Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free standard product installed on most computers, to view your certificate. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here.
